These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between zawgy9 ("Platform") and any person ("Player" or "you") who uses the zawgy9 platform (www.zawgy9.org) and all related services ("Services"). By registering an account and accessing the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

1.1 Age Requirement

Each player may hold only one account at zawgy9. If multiple accounts are found under one person's name, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when opening an account. If false information is provided, zawgy9 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username, password) secure. zawgy9 is not liable for any losses or gameplay resulting from unauthorised access by another person.

3.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Funds will be credited to your account immediately, subject to processing.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete after a request is submitted. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All players must comply with anti-money laundering regulations and all related financial prohibitions. If any suspicious transactions are detected, the account may be suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at zawgy9 can receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks; you must wager the bonus amount 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving you a total balance of 620,000 Ks; you must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times. Players may request to cancel a bonus at any time, but any funds credited from that bonus will be removed from the account upon cancellation.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• A bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If a player is found to be claiming bonuses through a VPN or multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled.
• zawgy9 may change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the zawgy9 platform use SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. The platform always puts the safety and security of players first.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a connection drop, software error, or server issue occurs during gameplay, zawgy9 will at minimum preserve the remaining balance in your account. If a game round is left incomplete for any reason, please contact the support team.

5.3 Acceptance of Game Results

Once a game round is completed, the result cannot be changed. The player must accept the result as final. If you believe the result was not determined fairly, you may raise a case in the dispute resolution section.

All players must follow these responsibilities:

• Keep your personal information accurate and up to date.
• Complete any identity verification required when opening an account.
• Use your account funds only for your own play; do not purchase or place bets on behalf of others.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on zawgy9:

• Using hacking tools or software to predict game results in advance
• Using another person's funds to deposit into your account
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Multi-accounting)
• Manipulating game-related software (Cheating / Exploit)
• Accessing another person's account (Unauthorized Access)
• Playing with the intent to launder money

All financial transactions within the account are encrypted, protecting them from interception.

9.1 Account Closure by Player

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can request this via 24/7 Live Chat or the platform's email. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure. Withdrawal requests submitted after the account has been closed cannot be processed.

9.2 Account Closure by Platform

If a breach of these terms is found, zawgy9 may suspend the account without prior notice and take any required legal action. If you wish to dispute the suspension or any fund restriction, you may use the service resolution process.

The zawgy9 platform is not directly or indirectly liable for player losses, missing funds, game results, or issues arising from connection interruptions.

zawgy9's liability is also limited for losses caused by third-party software faults, internet network issues, or banking service delays.

If a dispute arises between a player and the platform, the player should first contact the zawgy9 support team directly via 24/7 Live Chat. The support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved through initial support, a formal dispute can be submitted via email ([email protected]). The decision reached will be treated as final.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that section will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

By accessing this agreement, the player confirms they have read and agreed to zawgy9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. By accepting the terms on this page, you may continue using the platform.
